Refund Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026

This policy explains when you can get your money back for tips and subscriptions on StreamerHub. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Tips

Tips are voluntary gifts that go to the streamer, so tips are non-refundable. We will refund a tip if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same tip;
  • you were charged because of a technical error on our side; or
  • the tip was made from your card or account without your permission.

Please contact us within 30 days of the charge.

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel a subscription at any time from the streamer's channel page. When you cancel, you won't be charged again, and you keep your subscriber benefits until the end of the month you've already paid for.
  • We don't give refunds or partial refunds for the current month, or for months you didn't use.
  • If you were charged after you cancelled, charged twice, or charged without your permission, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund that charge.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@streamerhub.tv from the address on your StreamerHub account, with:

  • your StreamerHub username;
  • the date and amount of the charge, and the channel it was for; and
  • the receipt from Stripe, or the last 4 digits of the card you used.

We usually reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually fix it faster. Disputing a charge that was valid may lead to your account being suspended.

For streamers

When a tip or subscription payment is refunded or successfully disputed, that amount (and any dispute fee Stripe charges) is taken back from your balance or future payouts.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away any refund rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
