Terms of Service

Last updated October 14, 2026

Welcome to StreamerHub (“StreamerHub”, “we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and us about using streamerhub.tv and its features, including live streaming, chat, Multiview, Hubs, tips and subscriptions (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use StreamerHub

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use StreamerHub.
  • If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you.
  • To receive tips or subscription payments you must be at least 18 (or the minimum age our payment provider, Stripe, requires where you live) and complete Stripe's identity checks.
  • You can't use StreamerHub if we have previously banned you, or if the law where you live forbids it.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your email address up to date.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us right away at support@streamerhub.tv if you think someone else is using it.
  • Usernames can't impersonate another person or brand, or be offensive. We may change or reclaim a username that breaks these rules.

3. Community rules

When you stream, chat, create a hub, or post anything on StreamerHub, you agree not to:

  • Stream or post anything illegal, or that promotes, shows or helps anyone commit a crime (see section 4).
  • Share any sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualizes or endangers a child.
  • Show nudity, sexual activity, or graphic violence or gore.
  • Harass, bully, threaten or stalk anyone, or attack people based on who they are (such as race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or national origin).
  • Share someone else's private information, such as their address, phone number or ID (“doxxing”).
  • Encourage self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities.
  • Stream or share content you don't have the rights to, such as movies, TV, sports broadcasts or other people's streams, unless you have permission.
  • Spam, scam, phish, or post malware or misleading links.
  • Pretend to be someone else, including StreamerHub staff.
  • Fake viewers, follows or chat activity, or abuse tips, subscriptions or chargebacks.
  • Get around a ban or timeout, including by making a new account.
  • Interfere with the Service, try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or scrape the site in bulk without our permission.

Streamers and hub creators can moderate their own chats, for example by deleting messages, timing people out, or banning them. We may also remove content, end streams, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

4. Illegal streams and content

You may not use StreamerHub to stream, post or link to anything illegal. This includes, for example:

  • pirated content: re-streaming paid TV, pay-per-view events, sports, movies, shows, music or other people's streams without permission from the rights holder;
  • child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving a minor;
  • sexual content shared without everyone's consent, including hidden-camera or “revenge” content;
  • real violence, abuse, or crimes happening on stream, or encouraging viewers to commit them;
  • selling or arranging the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or fake documents or IDs;
  • illegal gambling, or promoting gambling sites that aren't licensed where you or your viewers are;
  • terrorism or violent extremism, or praise or recruitment for it;
  • fraud, scams, hacking, or selling stolen accounts or data; and
  • recording or streaming people where the law requires their consent and you don't have it.

You are fully and solely responsible for what you stream and post, including content you add to a hub or play in Multiview. StreamerHub doesn't watch or approve streams before they go live, and we aren't responsible for what users broadcast. If you aren't sure you're allowed to stream something, don't.

When we find out about illegal content, we may, without notice:

  • end the stream and remove the content;
  • permanently close the account and any other accounts we believe belong to the same person;
  • hold or cancel unpaid tips and subscription payments connected to it, and refund viewers; and
  • keep records and report it to the police or other authorities. We report child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as US law requires, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.

See something illegal? Use the Report link on the channel, or email support@streamerhub.tv with the channel name and what you saw. If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you stream and post. By putting it on StreamerHub, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, show, transmit and distribute it, so we can run, promote and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others have already shared and backups we keep for a limited time. You confirm that you have all the rights you need for anything you stream or post.

6. Streams from other sites

Multiview and Hubs can show streams from other services, such as Twitch, YouTube and Kick, using those services' own players. That content belongs to its creators and is covered by those services' terms, not ours. We don't control it and aren't responsible for it.

7. Tips

  • A tip is a voluntary gift to a streamer. It doesn't buy any product, service, or promised content or reward.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Tips are between $2 and $500.
  • StreamerHub keeps a platform fee from each tip, currently 15% plus up to $0.30, and card processing fees may also apply. The tip window shows the exact split before you pay, and you can choose to cover the fees so the streamer gets the full amount.
  • Your tip name and message may be shown publicly in the streamer's chat.
  • Tips are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Subscriptions

  • A subscription to a streamer costs $4.99 per month (plus any tax), unless a different price is shown when you subscribe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month and you'll be charged until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the streamer's channel page. You keep your subscriber benefits until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • Subscriber benefits, such as badges and emotes, are provided by StreamerHub and the streamer, and may change.
  • We may change the price with notice. A new price applies from your next renewal after the notice.

9. For streamers who get paid

  • Payouts are handled by Stripe Connect. To receive money you must set up a Stripe account through StreamerHub and accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Stripe may ask for your identity and bank details and decide whether to approve your account.
  • You receive each tip and subscription payment minus StreamerHub's platform fee and any card processing fees. Payouts are sent on Stripe's schedule, usually weekly.
  • If a payment is refunded, disputed (a chargeback) or turns out to be fraudulent, that amount (and any dispute fee) may be deducted from your balance or future payouts.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on money you receive. Stripe may send you tax forms where the law requires it.
  • We may pause or hold payouts if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms, or if the law requires it.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on StreamerHub infringes your copyright, email support@streamerhub.tv with:

  • your contact details;
  • a description of the work and a link to the content you think infringes it;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner; and
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We act quickly to remove or disable content that infringes copyright, including live streams. If your content was removed by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice with the same details, explaining why you believe it was removed in error. Repeat infringers: accounts that receive repeated valid copyright complaints, or that re-stream paid or pirated content, will be permanently closed.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using StreamerHub at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@streamerhub.tv. Cancel any subscriptions first. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we have to by law, or to protect the Service or other people. Sections 5 (license for content already shared), 9 (payments owed or deducted) and 12 to 14 continue after your account ends.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't promise that it will always be online, free of errors, or that streams will play without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Streams, chat and other content come from users, and we aren't responsible for them.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, StreamerHub won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

14. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make important changes we'll tell you on the site or by email before they take effect. If you keep using StreamerHub after that, you accept the updated Terms.

16. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where StreamerHub's operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
